Blue Sky Consulting is listed on the New Mexico SHPO Directory and holds up-to-date General Archaeological Investigation Permits for New Mexico State Lands, as well as a Cultural Resource Use Permit to conduct work on public lands administered by the New Mexico Bureau of Land management (BLM). ~ Recommendations on how to avoid impacts of protected items, including field monitoring to ensure crew recognition and avoidance, changes in project scope of location, changes of equipment, the use of best management practices, the use of designated access, or other measure to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

~ Preparation and submission of daily monitoring reports.

~ ESRI ArcGIS Online in-field documentation of civil work, replacement work, disturbance work, and any environmental, biological, or cultural conflicts.
